High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed the following foods temperatures less than 135; pepperoni pizza (100 - Hot Holding); cheese pizza (96 - Hot Holding) As per chef foods had only been out for about an hour. Pizzas are stored on front counter for about 2 hours then discarded. Manager added time. Corrective Action Taken
