Basic - Observed reach in cooler on cook line not maintained in good repair with ambient temperature of 67°F. Per manager she is awaiting maintenance to come and repair. All TCS food stored on top in ice baths for cold holding 41°F or below. Advised not to store TCS foods in this unit until the unit is repaired. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed ibuprofen being stored on prep shelf next to ice scoop. Manager discarded, washed and sanitized ice scoop. Corrected On-Site
