Employee was able to clean roach. Also, observed approximately 30 live roaches at bottom of oven on cook line. Employee began to spray and kill. Also, observed 1 live roach on floor in front of heat lamp table. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-06-02: At callback, observed one (1) live roach in side panel of oven. Operator sprayed to try and kill. Also, observed one (1) live roach on floor in front of oven. Operator killed and discarded. Admin Complaint Corrective Action Taken
