Temperature taken in food prep area reach in cooler , roast beef (54F - Cold Holding) 2nd temp taken 30 min later 43F. Cheese (46F - Cold Holding) 2nd temp taken 30 min later 37F. Manager moved roast beef and cheese to walk in cooler. Corrected On-Site
