Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Only test kit available was for pH.

Basic - Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Gap in hood filters above cooking equipment.
