Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed lean stacked pans with moisture in between on top shelf above 3 compartment sink. Repeat Violation

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Multiple floor tiles in disrepair in back of kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. By front service line area. Operator was provided hand washing sign and posted during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt or dust. Fan cover in walk in cooler with dust build up.

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Upon inspection observed multiple clean stacked pans with old labels present.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken 45f on service line cooler 45minutes. Door opened often and operator placed chicken in colder holding unit. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed some ceiling tiles in back of kitchen with what appears to be water damage present and some missing by mop sink area.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair and/or in disrepair. Back kitchen area between walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
