Inspector explained the proper process. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing: breakfast employee was using the hand-wash sink to wash dishes in so she could place them on a towel next to the sink to air dry. Inspector explained that the sink is for hand washing only.
