One hose is going up to the chemical dispenser and there is a long black hose for hosing down the floor. This side needs to have a backflow preventer on it. Repeat Violation

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. - back door into establishment has a gap. Manager already has a work order in to have a sweep put across the bottom of the new door. Corrective Action Taken
