Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance: observed a mold-like substance on the three ceiling tiles around the air vent in the dry storage room outside the office; mold like substance on ceiling tiles around next to fan in upstairs projector room bathroom; west end exit door has a mold-like substance on the walls and the wallpaper all around the door. In addition, theater 8 has a strong mold-like aroma noticeable as you enter. It gets stronger down by the screen on the left side where it appears the sound proofing insulation may be covered in the mold-like substance. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-06-06: Ceiling tiles still have a mold-like substance on them; west end exit door still has the mold-like substance around it and the wallpaper. She has not been sent to training. The other manager who has been trained, she cannot locate his Certifed Food Manager Certificate. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-05-24: This violation needs to be corrected by July 22, 2024. Time Extended
