Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested chlorine sanitizer with both inspector's and operator's chlorine test strips and both resulted in 0ppm. Operator set up 3 compartment sink and chlorine sanitizer recorded at 50 ppm.
