Basic - Water leaking from pipe on hand wash sink located on left side of kitchen.

High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. 3 small bags of individually wrapped beef in reach in freezer by hallway in kitchen and 1 small container of beef in walk in freezer all with ice build up from leak under condenser. Operator discarded food items of concern during inspection.
