Basic - Food stored on floor. Upon inspection observed produce box stored on floor in walk-in cooler.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup inside one of reach in freezers on main pizza make line.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Upon inspection observed trash can blocking access to hand washing sink by prep table in back of kitchen. Operator removed trash can during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Upon inspection observed employee eating in food prep area of kitchen. Operator instructed employee to remove food. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Upon inspection observed scoop handle resting in spinach dip in bottom of prep cooler back of kitchen. Operator corrected storage. Corrected On-Site
