Basic - Stored food not covered. Upon inspection observed case of apple pies uncovered closed to door entry inside walk in freezer. Operator closed case of apple pies during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Upon inspection observed sanitizer bucket stored on floor by sandwich prep station. Operator corrected storage during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Upon inspection observed soda nozzle area in dining room with debris present.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Upon inspection observed no paper towels at hand washing sink next to manager's office. Operator replaced paper towels during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Upon inspection observed employee purse/bag on top of table close to register stored next to single service paper products. Operator removed employee purse/bag during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Upon inspection observed debris under middle island prep are on floor and grease build up on floor by grill cook area.

Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Upon inspection observed garbage on ground around dumpster area and in landscaping area next to back fence by dumpster area.

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-freezer. Upon inspection observed wall reach in freezer unit with standing water inside unit left side of cook line.
