Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. - ice machine along the interior top has a black substance on it; - soda gun with a black substance in it. Soda gun corrected on site.

Intermediate - Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. - establishment uses a high temp sanitizing dish machine. The gauge reads 160° F. Inspector's thermapen reads 147.2° F.
