Basic - Secondary dish machine is not rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly.Two Technicians are on site to replace the sensor. Operator is using the main dish machine to do the dishes.
