Dishmachine is. not in operation per Manager using Three containers to wash, rinse and sanitize can not be used, recommend to have dishmachine replace or repaired temporarily must use Weltzels three compartment sink. Must temporary use three compartment sink in wetzels to wash, rinse and sanitize air dry utensils. Warning
