Basic - Establishment using sponges on cleaned and sanitized, or in-use food-contact surface. Observed sponges used to clean equipment stored near three compartment sink.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup on the pipe in the back condenser inside walk in freezer.

High Priority - Faucet at three-compartment sink does not reach all compartments. Observed faucet reaching over the 3 compartment sink causing water to leaking on the floor in front of 3 compartment sink.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed 3 compartment sink has tape in between wash and rinse on the exterior sink spoke to Manager concerning the concern.

Basic - Light shield damaged/in disrepair. Observed lights in the dry storage room has no lights shield.

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed no choking sign posted Manager given a sign at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed three vents has dust accumulation left on the surface, located in the back prep area.

Basic - Wiping cloth used for food spills also used for other purposes. Observed soiled wiping cloths hanging over the hand wash sink. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed one flying insect on the ice cream freezer located in the front service line. Manager killed flying insects at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Observed several containers cracked on the ends use for batters stored inside walk in cooler and in the prep area for brownies mix.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand wash sign provided for hand sink located in the front service area. Corrected On-Site
