Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet aluminum pans stacked wet on the storage shelves located upstairs.

Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed wet soiled wiping cloths stored underneath the hand wash sink, exposed recommend cover container.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Checked white cutting board soiled used on the sauté line has green discoloration on the surface.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed salt rimmer missing side panel stored on the top of the bar.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed plastic curtains has mold like growth on the bottom located walk in beer cooler.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking faucet on the 3 compartment sink, pre rinse hose engineering notify. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed old food particles dried on the robot chopper.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed rice spilled on the floor dry storage room.

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water on the floor in the bar area.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed cream stored inside reach in cooler uncovered. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Spoon in crumbled cheese on cooks line Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed dented can of beans, being opened at time of inspection. Spoke to Chef concerning the item at time of inspection.

Basic - Fly sticky tape hanging over food/food preparation area/food-contact equipment. Observed fly sticky tape located in the by the Taylor machine, Manager removed at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee slicing red onions change gloves did not wash hands to use utensils food handling another item. Must wash hands very important.

High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed three flying insects in the bar recommend to notify current pest control service.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed walk in cooler used for beer has old food debris and liquid spilled on the floor.

Basic - Garbage can soiled. Observed trash cans soiled located in the dishmachine room.

Basic - Waste line missing at soda gun holster. Observed waste line missing from the soda holster located Behind the bar.

Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses on cooks line Corrected On-Site

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed back panel of the ice bin has mold like growth on the surface(server area)

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed handwash sink has mold like growth around the faucet and back area in the bar area.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed mold like growth on the wall near the dishmachine.
