Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on the ceiling inside walk in freezer.

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stuck on plastic containers on the storage shelves.

Basic - Single-service items stored under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips. Observed plastic cups and plastic wrap stored directly underneath the hand wash sink located kick back bar. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Per Manager waffle batter is on time do not have time marked, approximately 6am start time.

Observed shredded cheddar stored inside walk in cooler dated 5/17 the date to discarded. Spoke to Manager on proper date marked in the walk in cooler.
