Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. In small dormitory style cooler at front counter

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Above comp sink Advised operator to invert clean pans Operator inverted pans to be stored properly Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Scoop handle in sprinkles Advised operator to move scoop Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a container of Lexi Liquid Sanitizer and Cleaner Concentrate Solution stored over the ice cream freezer and by the milk shake blender. A possible cross contamination. Observed at front preparation area by hand was sink. The dispenser is stationary, advised to move away from food and equipment.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated dust. Observed at dry storage area.
