Observed in flip top cooler #2 next to the hand washing sink ; cooked chicken egg rolls (43-48F); cooked rice (41-.49F). Per operator food not prepared or portioned today. Food held in unit less than four hours. Observed both products stored past the fill line. Operator removed food out of temperature and placed below to quick chill.
