Employee pushed down contents in the garbage , touched pants, touched register screen and than touched bread with the same gloves. Employee didn't change gloves and wash hands before changing tasks. Educated in proper hand washing. Employee discarded gloves washed hand, put new gloves before handling food again Corrected On-Site
