High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. chocolate soft serve mix 54f at 2:11 pm as per manager machine setup at 7 am , vanilla soft serve mix 48 f at 2:12 pm. As per manager machine was setup at 7 am.( longer than 4 hours at this temperature)
