High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Vanilla Ice Cream - Dairy (55F - Cold Holding) at 10:20 AM in shake machine hopper. Operator stated the ice cream mix came from the walk-in cooler at 7 AM. Operator had employee remove mix to move to walk in freezer to rapidly cool and place out of order sign on machine. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink to the right of the three compartment sink blocked with buckets stored in handwash sink. Operator removed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels to the left of the three compartment sink. Employee corrected. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside in corner of threshold to the back door to the left of the mop sink and at door to the left of the three compartment sink. Operator will place a maintenance request to have fixed.

High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed Vanilla Ice Cream Mix - Dairy (46F - Cold Holding) in ice cream machine at 11:15 AM. Operator stated the product has been in the ice cream machine since 6 AM. Operator removed product from the machine and reached out to have the machine serviced. Discussed with operator on not using machine until the product is under 41F in the hopper and is able to maintain the temperature. Also discussed checking the temperature of the product with a thermometer. Operator removed product.
