Observed Tofu (57F - Cold Holding); Spring Rolls (57F - Cold Holding); Cooked Vegetables (57F - Cold Holding); Butter (54F - Cold Holding); and Raw Shell Eggs (56F - Ambient Air Temperature) in walk-in cooler with an ambient air temperature of 56F. A temperature was not yet taken today in the walk-in cooler per operator. Issued stop sale on items. Delivered items had bags of ice placed on products till technician can arrive and service cooler.
