Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed a personal drink on the center wood preparation table with bags of fries Drink was placed into a deep 1/4 pan on the bottom shelf of the table. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed the cold handle on the front hand washing sink spins without the cold water flowing.
