Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location. Lisa Pitard Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-03-02: At time of callback inspection, there is no certified food manager for the establishment. Operator, Lisa Pitard, the General Manager did not get certified due to not being involved in the kitchen. She stated the kitchen had turnover in staff. The new kitchen manager is Cathy Raver and she started three weeks ago. She is planning on scheduling the test later today. *Admin Complaint Admin Complaint
