Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed the mop stored in the mop bucket. Manager removed the mop and hung it up. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a spray bottle of chlorine clean up on the same shelf with ice cream sprinkle containers. The spray cleaner was move to the chemicals storage shelf. Corrected On-Site
