Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting boards on line grooved and no longer cleanable. Discussed ways to refurbish cutting boards with manager.

Basic - Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves in reach-in cooler against wall in front of counter area.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed the DBPR Clean-Up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events form, but the establishment does not have chemical bleach onsite, as confirmed by the manager. I informed the manager that, according to written procedures, an appropriate cleaning chemical must be available to ensure employees can properly respond to vomiting or diarrheal events.
