Dishwasher put dirty dishes in dishwasher then got clean container off shelf and handed it to server. Cook rubbed hands together for less than 10 seconds. Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty snd staff.

High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Bucket on cook line -> 200ppm corrected to 100 ppm. Corrected On-Site
