Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Unable to get hot water at sinks during inspection all sinks less than 100F. Error on hot water heater states ignition failure. Employee was able to get it to turn on during inspection. When water turned back on it was tinged brown in color. Corrective Action Taken Warning
