High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed 7 roach droppings in the employee restroom area. Observed 10 roach droppings on and under the storage shelf adjacent to the water heater. Observed 6 roach droppings under the dry storage shelf at the front of the kitchen closest to the front counter area. Observed 22 roach droppings in the cabinets of the waitstation area by the soda syrup boxes. Operator had employees begin to clean he waitstation area. Corrective Action Taken Warning

Observed 27 rodent droppings in the dry storage area of the prep kitchen under the storage shelf and in cardboard cup container stacks and in the container of plastic serving spoons. Observed 4 rodent droppings in the dry storage room to the walk in cooler under the shelves. Employee began to discard single service items with rodent droppings on them and sweeping and discarding rodent droppings. Corrective Action Taken Warning
