In the flip top reach in cooler, cut tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); ham (50F - Cold Holding); Turkey (51F - Cold Holding); cheese (51/52F - Cold Holding) per operator stocked in the morning and lid left open. Ambient air at 50F. Operator removed time/temperature control food for safety from reach in cooler to stand up cooler. Corrective Action Taken Warning

In reach in cooler, pork prepared 3/20 then frozen with on date mark for when placed back under refrigeration.
