Upon inspection, observed in reach-in cooler raw bacon and raw shrimp stored over repackaged sliced Swiss cheese, corned beef, sliced ham and turkey. Also observed in reach-in freezer raw beef patties and raw breaded chicken tenders over French fries and other ready to eat foods. Operator moved items to be properly stored during inspection. Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Upon inspection, observed sliced ham, sliced Swiss cheese, corned beef and turkey repackaged and not date marked. Operator states less than seven days.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Upon inspection, observed no hand wash sign at handwashing sink. Operator was provided sign.
