High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Grease interceptor/trap overflowing onto floor/ground. Observed grease buildup around used grease receptacle pad as well as into adjacent business parking lot. Manager stated grease receptacle is believed to have a leak on the bottom. Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-24: Grease has been cleaned up with oil-absorbant/sand cleaning material. Oil obsorbant material has been placed around pad. No grease observed leaking from grease trap. Manager stated Grease trap is due to be replaced the following day. Admin Complaint
