Upon inspection, observed rehydrated hash browns 55f, pancake batter 48f being held on TPHC not time marked. Confirmed both items removed from temperature control less than 4 hours during inspection.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection, observed ice buildup around door edges of walk-in freezer.

Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Upon inspection, observed case of unwashed tomatoes stored over containers of salad dressing and hash browns in walk-in cooler.
