High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed shredded mozzarella cheese at 47f (approximately 3 hrs per manager) and mozzarella cheese sticks at 49f (approximately 3 hrs per manager). Manager moved both to walk-in cooler for cooling during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Upon inspection, observed employee food container on floor of walk-in cooler as well as ziplock bag of baby carrots, a yogurt, hot sauce bottle and various other items. Manager placed items in storage container during inspection. Corrected On-Site
