High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Upon inspection, observed open box of bread dough below condenser in unit walk in freezer directly below ice buildup. Observed evidence of water dripping from ice buildup falling and directly contacting bread dough.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection, observed ice buildup in walk in freezer on ceiling noticed to be dripping water.
