Upon inspection, observed 800 ppm sanitizer concentration in sanitizing sink in dishwashing area when measured with establishments test strips. Manager added water to sanitizer and 200 ppm reading was observed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Upon inspection, observed trash can in kitchen area blocking access to handwashing sink. Manager moved trash can so handwashing sink was accessible during inspection. Corrected On-Site
