As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the manager. Employee corrected by removing eggs. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Observed employee bring in dirty dishes, then picked up plated food without handwashing. Educated employee, they washed their hands. Corrective Action Taken
