Operator placed them in the walk in freezer and called for a repairman. Corrective Action Taken

Observed in their walk in cooler: Pork (55F - Cooling); Cooked beans (53F - Cooling) Products had stickers stating it had been cooked approximately 11hrs ago and the operator corroborated this. Operator willingly disposed of the food product. Corrective Action Taken
