Observed and employee drinks stored on form their cup then proceed to go right back to work without washing their hands. Informed the operator of proper procedure.

High Priority - Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed their triple sink at 350ppm quaternary. Operator remade it to 200ppm. Corrected On-Site
