Observed an employee grab a dropped vegetable off the ground to throw away and then grab a knife to go back to work without changing his gloves. Operator had him wash his hands and change gloves. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a container of hair gel stored next to dry goods in the server hallway. Operator removed it. Corrected On-Site
