High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Liquid waste on ground of establishment. On ground and parking lot outside back door to kitchen has signs of what appears to be mop water dumped on ground. Per manager plumbing to dish machine backed up Monday and was leaking onto floor and out back door, plumbing has been repaired since, but residue remains on ground and parking lot. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-02-20: Sidewalk and parking lot areas by back door to kitchen and around dumpster enclosure have been cleaned up of wastewater residue, but wastewater still present in bare ground area covered in mulch by dumpster enclosure. Per manager they are going to contact the property management for clean up and area might be cleaned up in a week. Time Extended

High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. smoked salmon (49F - Cold Holding); roast beef (49F - Cold Holding) in over filled containers in top section of reach in cooler without any lids, per manager line was stocked no more then a few hours prior, excess amount of both items moved to walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2026-02-20: Portioned bags of roast beef at 46F in top section of reach in cooler on make line, per employee pudding age where taken from walk in cooler about 20 minutes ago, employees in the process of breaking down line and placing covers on items or placing in walk in cooler.
