At time of inspection, establishment has quaternary test kit available to test three compartment sink and sanitizer buckets however test kit is expired and reads 0ppm in sanitizer that inspectors test kit reads as 200ppm quaternary. Operator states they have a new test kit in order. Corrective Action Taken
