High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Missing from both sides of splitter connected to mop sink inside bathroom.

Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Handle for dry ice cream toppings laying in product at front counter.

Basic - Outer openings not protected with self-closing doors. Door to outside storage shed that has drinks and ice cream cones in it do not close by themselves.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Boxes of single use gloves on floor by walk in freezer. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Utensil. In Hand Wash Sink.

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Soiled exterior of equipment including handles to coolers. Walk in freezer handles and frontline.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup in walk in freezer. Fan. Floor.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Boxed single service on floor.

Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Front counter where operators will be scooping ice cream and placing toppings on ice cream does not have a ceiling, only the exposed rafters and exposed AC duct work. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-02-12: Per district manager and director since the current owners did not remove the ceiling themselves they are allowed to operate as long as they install some sort of smooth, non absorbent, easily cleanable ceiling in the forseeable future.
