High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw oysters stored over cooked lobster in reach in cooler along wall near cook line. Raw shrimp stored over garlic and seasoning in reach in cooler at end of cook line. All items rearranged. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. No date on package of spinach dip in reach in cooler on cook line, removed from freezer the day prior.
