Intermediate - Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Observed certificates for the only two employees not filled out. Operator is Certified Food Manager and stated he has trained them and began filling in certificates during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold-like substance buildup around ice drop plate in ice machine.

Intermediate - Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Thermometer reads 55F both in reach in cooler and on counter. Refrigeration repair has been notified Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Behind bar with beer kegs.
