High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee went outside of MFDV to get a bag of ice and once we return to the inside the MFDV he began handling food without washing his hands. Reviewed handwash procedures with employee and manager.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. hotdogs (52F); raw beef (50F); raw chicken (52F) stored in stand alone cooler. Manager stated food was placed in cooler last night. Cooler has an ambient temperature of 41F. Manager stated food was in good temperature this morning and that the cooler door was left opened for a while during lunch. Cooler stored right next to the steam well. Manager placed food on ice. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. beef burgers (113F) stored in steam well. Manager stated burgers were cooked and placed to hold hot 20 minutes ago. Manager began reheating the burgers. Corrective Action Taken
