High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk (45F - Cold Holding); butter (46F - Cold Holding) in walk-in cooler. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed make line cutting board stained its black streaks and food debris.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed pizza make line gaskets torn. Observed walk-in cooler door not tight fitting.

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed make line in kitchen has standing water on bottom of cooler. Person in charge stated they have parts on order for drain. Corrective Action Taken
